Inspector’s comments

A visually impaired person (full blindness) / Female
Upon reservation, it’s possible to have assistance from the staff.

There’s an intercom at the parking space through which you can contact the staff immediately after you get off the car.

There are Braille blocks at the entrance, and inside the building, rubber mats functioning like Braille blocks are installed, leading pedestrians.
The rubber mats are installed up to the counter, which makes it easy to reach the staff.
The rubber mats did not rattle even under the wheelchair.
The elevator has audio guidance, so I could know which floor I was on.
