Inspector’s comments

A visually impaired person (full blindness) / Female
I had a good impression, because the staff was working politely with us.
It’s generally wide, with few bumps.
In the largest room, there’s a washlet toilet bowl with Braille inscriptions, and I could operate it by myself.
If you stay in the room that has an open air bath, then there’s no need to move much, and you can enjoy the hot spa with your family.
Above all, I was impressed by the kind welcome and the spacious environment.
A wheelchair user / Male
I was much impressed by the rooms on the 4th floor.
There’s a ramp and I could enter the room in my wheelchair, even in a room with tatami.
It was my first experience of that kind.
